Act of January 8, 1755, in effect May 1, 1755, to April 30, 1757, beautiful bold strike at the bottom right corner of a Boston Evening Post newspaper dated Oct. 4, 1756, several stories including one relating to the French and Indian War (1754-63), about a group of soldiers ambushed by Indians near Lake George, top right of masthead torn off and some edge flaws at right and light staining at left which do not affect the printing or the revenue stamp, an Extremely Fine strike of this scarce early typographed revenue, Power Search lists only one other (ex Tolman) and it is not as strong a strike
