Position 1L2, dropped-relief transfer variety, huge margins all around including part of adjoining stamp at bottom and sheet margin at top, bright color nicely complemented by red New York Carrier circular datestamp, faint corner crease at lower left visible only in fluid, still Extremely Fine, Neinken states "Rel. T, the dropped relief. Part of an entry was accidentally made above this design"
