2c Black, Large Die Essay on Glazed Paper (O2-E1; formerly 146-E10). 43 x 51mm, detailed impression, Very Fine and choice, Scott Catalogue notes that this may be an essay for the Official stamps — separate frames were made for the different frames of the different departments — and they moved this to the Officials section a few years ago, ex Dr. Burrows
1c-24c Agriculture, Goodall Small Die Proofs on India (O1TC2d-O8TC2d). On approximately 45 x 53mm cards, in Dull Gray Blue, Very Fine group
2c Yellow, Plate Proof on India (O2P3). Top imprint and plate no. 64 block of 12, large margins to full, few small faults as usually found on this fragile paper, Very Fine appearance and very rare, unlisted in Scott as a plate block, for the issued stamp the plate block is listed but unpriced and the largest multiple we have offered is a block of four and none are certified by the P.F., this may be the only example of a plate block of the 2c Agriculture
1c-90c Interior, Panama-Pacific Small Die Proofs on Wove (O15P2a-O24P2a). Complete set of ten denominations, characteristic light toning as usually seen on these issues, couple small translucencies or tiny thins as often seen on this mesh paper, 90c bottom right corner slightly clipped entirely in margin

The Siegel firm has sold a significant number of Panama-Pacific small die proofs over the past several years. However, this is the first time we have offered a complete set of the Interior Department since this exact set was sold in our 1985 Rarities sale.
