1c Green, 2c Carmine, Bluish (357-358). Mint N.H., rich colors on nicely blued paper, fresh and Extremely Fine, with 1976 A.P.S. and 1977 P.F. certificates respectively
3c Deep Violet, Bluish (359). Original gum, well-centered, light internal crease not mentioned on accompanying certificates, Very Fine appearance, with clear 1982 and 2001 P.F. certificates
4c Orange Brown, Bluish (360). Original gum, rich color on nicely blued paper, well-centered for this difficult issue with attractive marginsVERY FINE AND CHOICE EXAMPLE OF THE 4-CENT ON BLUISH PAPER. UNUSUALLY WELL-CENTERED FOR THIS RARE ISSUE.
The June 1910 Third Assistant Postmaster General’s report states that 4,400 (eleven sheets) of the 4c were printed on Bluish Paper. It is believed that none of the 4c and 8c Bluish Paper stamps were distributed to post offices, and that all of the examples in collectors’ hands reached the market through the Travers-Steinmetz exchange and the 1914 National Museum trades to H. F. Colman (12 copies) and Nassau Stamp Company (65 copies).

5c Blue, Bluish (361). Original gum, rich color on deeply blued paperVERY FINE. A HANDSOME ORIGINAL-GUM EXAMPLE OF THE 5-CENT ON BLUISH PAPER.
The 5c is the rarest of the regularly issued Bluish Paper stamps. With 2002 P.F. certificate
6c Red Orange, Bluish (362). Original gum, lightly hinged, vibrant color, well-centered with wide margins, Very Fine and choice, with 1975 P.F. certificate
6c Red Orange, Bluish (362). Original gum, vivid color on deeply blued paper, choice centering, slight gum soaks along a few perfs not mentioned on accompanying certificate, appears Extremely Fine, with clear 1997 P.F. certificate
8c Olive Green, Bluish (363). Original gum, lightly hinged, rich color on nicely blued paper, wide marginsVERY FINE. A FRESH AND SOUND ORIGINAL-GUM EXAMPLE OF THE RARE 8-CENT BLUISH PAPER.

10c Yellow, Bluish (364). Original gum, lightly hinged and with characteristic intense watermark on deeply blued paper, brilliant colorEXTREMELY FINE LIGHTLY-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 10-CENT ON BLUISH PAPER.

13c Bluish Green, Bluish (365). Original gum, lightly hinged, deep rich color on nicely blued paper, unusually wide and balanced marginsEXTREMELY FINE GEM. A SUPERB LIGHTLY-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 13-CENT BLUISH PAPER, GRADED XF-SUPERB 95 BY P.S.E.
Ex Whitman and Merlin. With 1996 P.F. and 2008 P.S.E. certificates (OGph, XF-Superb 95; SMQ $5,750.00). This is the highest grade awarded to this stamp in any condition and it is shared by seven others.
13c Bluish Green, Bluish (365). Original gum, deep rich color, fresh and Fine, with 1978 P.F. certificate
15c Pale Ultramarine, Bluish (366). Mint N.H., bright color on blued paper with long full perfs all around, choice centering with well-proportioned marginsEXTREMELY FINE. A BEAUTIFUL MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 15-CENT ON BLUISH PAPER.
Ex Curtis. With 2002 P.S.E., 2004 and 2022 P.F. certificates (VF-XF 85)
15c Pale Ultramarine, Bluish (366). Mint N.H. with right selvage, choice centering and margins, natural gum crease in stamp and selvageEXTREMELY FINE MINT NEVER-HINGED EXAMPLE OF THE 15-CENT ON BLUISH PAPER.
