Ex Merlin and "Clipper City". With 2003 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98, SMQ $4,750.00). With 2017 P.S.E. certificate (XF-Superb 95; SMQ $2,000.00). We have been told by P.S.E. that they guarantee grades after March 2005, apparently prior to that not every stamp was measured, this is rare even as a 95 as only three have graded higher in hinged condition and none have graded higher in Mint N.H. condition
