Fabulous four-volume mounted collection of hundreds of plate no. blocks of four, huge number of matched sets and partial ones as well, incl. some dull gum varieties, there are 17 unused -1/2c plate blocks and one used and there are 58 of the top $5.00 value, additionally there are three ordinary 6c dull gum blocks of four, presumably all Mint N.H., Fine-Very Fine, an extraordinary effort by the collector and well on its way to completion, extremely difficult to duplicate
