Pa. 10 Apr. 16" integral-rate circular datestamp on folded cover to Frankfort Ky., docketing on back reads "Toppan, Carpenter & Co., 16 Apl. 1850", Extremely Fine, a wonderful cover with a connection to the printer of the 1851 issue, the Classics Society census lists only three covers from Philadelphia to Frankfort (two with no images available)
