With 2007 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98 Jumbo). Only four grade higher (highest is 100) and four share this 98J grade.
65c-$2.60 Graf Zeppelin (C13-C15). Mint N.H. top plate no. blocks of six, 65c F 20077, $1.30 20087 and $2.60 F 20090, deep rich colors and proof-like impressions, choice centering throughout, very minor natural gum skips and bends as normally found on Graf Zeppelin plate blocks
EXTREMELY FINE. A BEAUTIFUL SET OF MINT NEVER-HINGED PLATE NUMBER BLOCKS OF SIX OF THE 1930 GRAF ZEPPELIN ISSUE. ESPECIALLY DESIRABLE AND SCARCE AS A COMPLETE SET OF TOP PLATE BLOCKS.
