Rich color, machine cancel positioned so that the characteristics of the variety are clearly visible, perfect centering with unusually wide margins, Extremely Fine Gem, a superb stamp in every respect, according to Brookman the varieties were caused by a breakdown of the metal of the transfer roll, only one plate of the dozens used contains a combination of both varieties (Plate 246), with 2009 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98 Jumbo; unpriced in SMQ above the grade of 98, SMQ $1,250.00 as 98), this is the highest grade awarded and the only example to achieve it
