This issue is often found in Mint N.H. condition, as several sheets have been broken in the past ten years. However, most of the stamps in these sheets are somewhat off-center, and examples such as this are very rare.
With 2007 P.S.E. certificate (Superb 98; SMQ $15,800.00). This is the highest graded awarded to date, and only two others share this grade.
