This issue is very scarce as a Mint N.H. top plate block. A Power Search review found only two examples offered in all our sales since 1999 -- both blocks of six and one with reduced selvage and the perfs cut in.

The 10c is the rarest plate block of the Parcel Post Postage Due series.

The 10c is the rarest plate block of the series to obtain.
25c Dark Green, Parcel Post Postage Due (JQ5). Top plate no. 6248 block of six with wide selvage, stamps Mint N.H., lightly hinged in selvage where some perf separations expertly reinforced, rich color and crisp impression, unusually choice centeringEXTREMELY FINE. A BEAUTIFUL PLATE NUMBER BLOCK OF THE 25-CENT PARCEL POST POSTAGE DUE ISSUE WITH MINT NEVER-HINGED STAMPS.
Top position plate blocks of JQ5 are rare, and this superbly-centered example is one of the finest extant.
