1c-15c 1908-09 Issue (331-332, 336, 340). Six imprint and plate no. blocks of six, incl. two each of 1c and 2c showing different imprint types, 1c Mint N.H. top and bottom blocks, 2c top (Mint N.H.) and left blocks, 6c top plate block h.r. and slightly oxidized, 15c top, Fine-Very Fine
1c Green (331). Mint N.H. top imprint, plate no. 4980 and small solid star block of six, radiant color, fresh and Fine, a very scarce plate block, especially in Mint N.H. condition, Power Search contains only one other example -- a hinged side position from the MLG collection
1c Green, Booklet Panes of Six (331a). Six, from Positions A, B, D (Mint N.H.), E, I (Mint N.H.) and J, Fine-Very Fine, an attractive group with five better positions, Scott Retail as most common position
1c Green, Booklet Pane of Six (331a). Position G, Mint N.H., clear guide line at left, choice centering, fresh and Very Fine, a very scarce position estimated to represent only 0.8% of the total printing, Scott Retail as most common position
1c Green, Booklet Pane of Six (331a). Position N, vivid color, h.r., centered slightly to bottom left which maximizes the appearance of the guide lines at top and right, Fine and extremely rare position estimated to represent only 0.2% of the total 29 million pane printing, this position is so rare because the horizontal guide line that ran across the middle of the 360-subject plate was much closer to the bottom of the stamps above it (Positions J-L) than the top of the tab for the positions below it (M-O), and as such when the panes were cut the guide line was almost always included in the upper positions, also Position N is in the middle of the sheet and competes for the vertical guide line to its right with Position O (which is also a very rare position), a great rarity which was missing from the Beutel collection and is the first we have offered
2c Carmine, Booklet Panes of Six (332a). 12, representing Positions A, B (Mint N.H.), C, D, D (Mint N.H.), E, F, G, H, I, J (Mint N.H.) and M, about half with h.r., some shade variety, Fine-Very Fine group with 11 of the possible 15 collectible positions, several scarce, all but Positions A and E are estimated to represent less than 4% of the total printing and Position G only 0.7% of total printing, Scott Retail as most common position
2c Carmine, Booklet Pane of Six (332a). Position O, clearly showing the guide lines at top and left, h.r., Fine and extremely rare position estimated to represent only 0.1% of the total 62 million pane printing, this position is so rare because the horizontal guide line that ran across the middle of the 360-subject plate was much closer to the bottom of the stamps above it (Positions J-L) than the top of the tab for the positions below it (M-O), and as such when the panes were cut the guide line was almost always included in the upper positions, also Position O is in the middle of the sheet and competes for the vertical guide line to its left with Position N (which is also a very rare position), the only other example we have encountered was in the Beutel collection, this example is much better centered and more clearly shows the top guideline
