6c Carmine (148). Original gum, rich color, well-balanced margins, Very Fine and choice, a pretty stamp, with 1996 P.F. certificate
7c Vermilion (149). Original gum, intense shade and impression, near perfect centering, Extremely Fine, with 1993 P.F. certificate
7c Vermilion (149). Block of four, bottom stamps Mint N.H., top stamps lightly hinged, vibrant color, choice centeringVERY FINE-EXTREMELY FINE. A BEAUTIFUL AND RARE BLOCK OF FOUR OF THE 7-CENT 1870 NATIONAL BANK NOTE COMPANY UNGRILLED ISSUE, WITH THE BOTTOM STAMPS IN MINT NEVER-HINGED AND SUPERB CONDITION.
We are surprised this block was not broken long ago, to harvest the two bottom stamps for sale to collectors of Mint Never-Hinged singles.

12c Dull Violet (151). Original gum, rich color, extra wide marginsVERY FINE AND CHOICE ORIGINAL-GUM EXAMPLE OF THE 1870 12-CENT NATIONAL BANK NOTE COMPANY UNGRILLED ISSUE. A DIFFICULT STAMP TO FIND IN THIS SUPERB CONDITION.

15c Bright Orange (152). Original gum, small h.r., vivid color, wide margins, reperfed at left and top, deceptively so and not noted on accompanying certificate, Extremely Fine appearance, very scarce in choice original-gum condition, with 1996 P.F. certificate
24c Purple (153). Wide margins and attractive centering, sweated original gum and tiny tear at lower left not noted on certificate, Very Fine appearance, with 1983 P.F. certificate
