This stamp has every quality one could ask for -- pristine Mint Never-Hinged gum, beautiful color, perfect centering, wide margins and a detailed impression.
Ex Scarsdale. With 2000 P.F. and 2006 P.S.E. certificates (XF-Superb 95 Jumbo; unpriced in SMQ in Mint N.H. condition). Only one has graded higher to date, and this is the only example to achieve this grade. Scott Retail as hinged does not even begin to approach its value in today's marketplace.
