4c Brown (303). Mint N.H., near perfect centering, deep rich color on fresh paper, Extremely Fine Gem, with 1993 P.F. and 2016 P.S.A.G. certificates (95 og NH)

VERY FINE AND RARE COMPLETE SHEET OF 400 OF THE 1906 ONE-CENT IMPERORATE ISSUE.
The 1c thru 13c values and some of the 15c were printed from sheets of 400 subjects. The sheets would normally be divided into panes of 100 before sale at the post office. This uncut complete sheet of 400 of the 1c is the only one we have offered since keeping computerized records 30 years ago.
