The Graf Zeppelin issue is extremely difficult to obtain in Gem 100 grade. For the 65c, three are graded 100 and two are graded 100 Jumbo. For the $1.30, nine are graded 100 with none graded 100 Jumbo. For the $2.60, only one is graded 100 and only one is graded 100 Jumbo. Therefore, the stamp offered here is one of only three stamps from the entire issue to achieve the highest grade of Gem 100 Jumbo.

Mint N.H., caused by a sizeable foldover with a "ninth" stamp constituting the error pair with normal pos. 4, also small to huge parts of three other stamps, the foldover crease passes through the bottom stamp of the error pair and is slightly brokenVERY FINE APPEARANCE. ONE OF ONLY TWO RECORDED EXAMPLES OF THIS AIR POST ERROR RARITY.
Only two examples of this error are recorded, according to the Datz book. The other example was offered in our sale of the Philip R. Beutel collection in 2010 (Sale 991, lot 1377, realized $4,500 hammer).
