II (11A), large margins to just in at right, tied by clear strikes of "New-York Ship Nov. 11" circular datestamp on folded cover to New Bedford Mass., 1855 docketing, small manuscript "Knoxville" at top left, vertical file fold and few small toned spots do not affect stamps, Very Fine use paying the 3c rate plus 2c ship fee
