Full sheets of 400 of the 3c, 4c, 5c and 10c values were removed from the Bureau and became available to collectors. They were not gummed when they came from the Bureau, but were later unofficially gummed.
4c Dark Brown, Imperforate (254a). Bottom imprint and plate no. 50 block of six, large margins, original gum, rich color, top right stamp small thin spot at upper rightVERY FINE APPEARANCE. AN EXCEEDINGLY RARE IMPRINT AND PLATE NUMBER BLOCK OF SIX OF THE 1894 4-CENT IMPERFORATE UNWATERMARKED BUREAU ISSUE.

2c Red, Ty. IV, Booklet Pane of Six, Horizontal and Vertical Wmk. (279Bj, 279Bk). Three panes, No. 279Bj Position M, lightly hinged, Very Good-Fine, 279Bk Position E, lightly hinged and Fine, also the scarce Position I, just showing part of the vertical guideline that defines the position, h.r. and slight thin, appears Very Fine, two certificates accompany, Scott Retail for most common positions
