FINE-VERY FINE. A RARE BLOCK OF THE 1894 5-CENT UNWATERMARKED BUREAU ISSUE IMPERFORATE HORIZONTALLY.
It is believed that most examples of this error originate from a part sheet purchased by a collector at the Richmond Va. post office. Most tend to be off center. This is the first block we have offered since 2016. Scott value $8,000 as two pairs.
