This is the only stamp among the entire Kansas set (1c-10c) to achieve this ultimate grade from P.S.E. (the next highest 3c is graded 98J). In fact, the underlying stamp, Scott 635, does not even have a 100J in the P.S.E. Population Report (though fewer have been submitted for grading so we feel there must be a few out there)
