Ex "Scarsdale", Curtis and "Clipper City". With 2000 P.F. and 2007 P.S.E. certificates (OGph, VF-XF 85; SMQ $2,000.00). Only three grade higher (two at 90 and one at 95, we have never offered a 90 and we last offered the 95 in 2009). Three others share this grade.

With 1999 and 2006 P.F. certificates (XF 90). By way of comparison, for P.S.E.-graded only two grade higher (at 95 and 95J) and six others share this desirable grade. Population numbers at P.F. are also low, but may duplicate some P.S.E.-graded stamps.
