Right pane of 100 with top and bottom imprint and plate no. 396 blocks of ten, selvage at right, virtually all Mint N.H., few with barest trace of hinging, bright color, remarkably intact for a pane of this ageFINE-VERY FINE. A RARE AND DESIRABLE COMPLETE PANE OF 100 OF THE 3-CENT 1881 AMERICAN BANK NOTE COMPANY ISSUE.

6c Deep Brown Red (208a). Original gum, choice centering with well-proportioned margins, fresh and Extremely Fine, with 2001 P.F. certificate
10c Brown (209). Top imprint and plate no. 548 block of twelve, stamps Mint N.H., paper h.r. in selvage between second and third selvage, rich color, fresh and Fine-Very Fine plate block
10c Black Brown (209b). Original gum, lightly hinged, intense color and detailed proof-like impression clearly showing all of the background vertical linesVERY FINE AND CHOICE EXAMPLE OF THE SCARCE 1881 10-CENT BLACK BROWN, SCOTT 209b.
As an indication of how scarce this shade is in higher grades, only three original-gum examples are graded by P.S.E., at 70, 85 and 95J.

Right pane of 100 with top and bottom imprint, plate no. 574 and letter "R" blocks of twelve, original gum, about 60% of the stamps Mint N.H., rest with h.r. including some perf separations and reinforcement, Positions 10/20 with a small thin spot, top selvage with some toningFINE-VERY FINE. A RARE COMPLETE PANE OF 100 OF THE ONE-CENT 1887 AMERICAN BANK NOTE COMPANY ISSUE.
Scott value approximately $19,000.00 as hinged plate blocks and mix of hinged and Mint N.H. stamps
1c Ultramarine (212). Top imprint, plate no. 576 and letter "R" block of twelve, original gum, the left eight stamps are mostly Mint N.H., bright color, few reinforced perf separations in selvage, Fine
1c Ultramarine (212). Blocks of eight and ten, originally forming a top imprint, plate no. 577 and letter "R" block of eighteen but now separated through the imprint, original gum, about half Mint N.H., h.r. on several others reinforcing some perf separations, Fine, could be rejoined to create a very presentable large plate block, Scott value $2,250.00 as singles (half Mint N.H.)
3c Vermilion (214). Right pane of 100 with top and bottom imprint and plate no. 421 blocks of twelve, selvage at right, over half the stamps are Mint N.H., brilliant color, perf separations including some sensibly reinforced with h.r., few thin specks or other small flaws, missing small piece of selvage at top left (filled in with a photocopy piece)FINE AND VERY SCARCE COMPLETE PANE OF 100 OF THE 3-CENT VERMILION AMERICAN BANK NOTE COMPANY ISSUE.
Scott value approximately $12,200.00 as two hinged plate blocks of twelve plus mix of hinged and Mint N.H. singles
3c Vermilion (214). Mint N.H. bottom imprint and plate no. 421 block of twelve, brilliant color, bottom left stamp small thin spots but this is outside the main plate block of ten and could be removed, overall about Fine, Scott value as Mint N.H. plate block of ten plus hinged and Mint N.H. singles
4c Carmine (215). Mint N.H. top imprint, plate no. 542 and letter "L" block of twelve, color is rich but just slightly oxidized, attractive margins and centering, some perf separations in selvage above imprintFINE-VERY FINE. A RARE MINT NEVER-HINGED PLATE BLOCK OF TWELVE OF THE 1888 4-CENT CARMINE AMERICAN BANK NOTE COMPANY ISSUE.
A Power Search review found only one other Mint N.H. Scott 215 plate block (of ten), offered in our 2015 sale of the Hall collection.

Top imprint, plate no. 539 and letter "K" block of 12 with half arrow at right, original gum, seven stamps Mint N.H., others with minor h.r. including some reinforced perf separations in selvage, deep rich color, minor horizontal edge crease in selvage at topFINE-VERY FINE. A RARE AND CHOICE PLATE BLOCK OF TWELVE OF THE 1888 5-CENT INDIGO.

30c Orange Brown (217). Bottom imprint, plate no. 405 and part arrow block of twelve with enormous selvage, original gum, about half Mint N.H., others lightly hinged and with a few minor reinforced perf separations, deep rich color, fresh and intactFINE-VERY FINE. A RARE PLATE BLOCK OF TWELVE OF THE 1888 30-CENT ORANGE BROWN.
