With 2010 P.S.E. certificate (XF 90; SMQ $2,900.00). Only three have graded higher to date (all 95) and only five others share this grade.

Margins to in at bottom, clear part strike of "Forwarded by U.S. Consul, Kanagawa, Japan" oval handstamp with border of stars, the portion struck on stamp includes the full word "Japan", Fine, an extremely rare marking and particularly desirable on the 2c Black Jack, perhaps fewer than a half dozen are known on any value, the last example we offered was on a pair of 5c Brown (76) in our 2007 Rarities sale (nearly full strike, realized $13,000 hammer), with 2011 P.S.E. certificate
