Disturbed original gum from hinge removal, deep rich color, Fine and scarce, original sales figures show that among the 1869 Pictorial Re-Issues, the 3c and 90c stamps accounted for the smallest number of units sold (1,406 and 1,356, respectively), with 2015 P.F. certificate
6c Blue, Re-Issue (126). Original gum, bright color, attractive margins and centering, Very Fine, with 1988 and 2002 P.F. certificates
10c Yellow, Re-Issue (127). Choice centering and margins, bold strike of New York oval registry cancel, just a hint of oxidation which is barely perceptibleVERY FINE USED EXAMPLE OF THE 10-CENT 1869 PICTORIAL RE-ISSUE.
Ex Coulter and Dauer. With 1974 and 2006 P.F. certificates not mentioning any oxidation (XF 90). SMQ estimates that approximately 30 are known used.
12c Green, Re-Issue (128). Original gum, deep rich color and detailed impression, three wide margins, Very Fine, with 1988 P.F. certificate
15c Brown & Blue, Re-Issue (129). Original gum, deep rich colors and detailed impressions, wide and balanced margins, accompanying certificate calls "few shorter perfs at bottom", appears Extremely Fine, with 2018 P.F. certificate

Horizontal pair, original gum, h.r., deep rich colors and detailed impressions, on the left stamp the vignette is shifted to the right, on the right stamp the vignette is shifted to the left, which indicates the transfers were misaligned when the plate was madeVERY FINE. AN EXTREMELY RARE ORIGINAL-GUM PAIR OF THE 15-CENT TYPE III 1869 PICTORIAL RE-ISSUE. THIS IS THE FIRST WE HAVE OFFERED SINCE KEEPING COMPUTERIZED RECORDS.
The largest recorded multiple is a block of four with two known (one has no gum). This is the only original-gum pair of which we are aware.

15c Brown & Blue, Re-Issue (129). Extra wide margins and attractive centering, intense shade, registry oval and red cancelsVERY FINE AND CHOICE. A RARE USED EXAMPLE OF THE 15-CENT 1869 PICTORIAL RE-ISSUE WITH A RED CANCEL.
A Power Search review reveals how elusive this issue is with a red cancel. We did not find a single example in our sale records going back to 1993.

24c Green & Violet, Re-Issue (130). Original gum, beautiful rich colors, Very Fine and choice, with 2000 and 2006 P.F. certificates, the latter mentions a "tiny inking flaw above the the head of the second standing figure from the left", we cannot fathom why the P.F. felt compelled to make such a statement
30c Ultramarine & Carmine, Re-Issue (131). Original gum, choice centering and margins, bright colors, minute tear at bottom difficult to detect, appears Extremely Fine
30c Ultramarine & Carmine, Re-Issue (131). Part disturbed original gum, rich colors, Very Fine, with 1988 P.F. certificate as "part o.g."
30c Ultramarine & Carmine, Re-Issue (131). Deep rich colors and detailed impressions, well-struck registry oval cancel, choice centering with wide and balanced margins, light overall toned spots, otherwise Extremely Fine, scarce with such wide margins and choice centering, SMQ estimates approximately 40 are known used, with 2006 P.F. certificate
90c Carmine & Black, Re-Issue (132). Unused (regummed), deep rich colors, single pulled perf at bottom, appears Very Fine
