Four, including what may be matching top and bottom halves on fragments of check nos. 228 and 229 from National Savings Bank of Wheeling Va., also right half on 1867 marriage certificate from Indiana, last is top half on 1865 marriage certificate also from Indiana, Fine-Very Fine
10c Certificate, Imperforate (R33a). Vertical block of ten, used with two R59b, cancelled by manuscript and affixed to Vermont land conveyance dated July 28, 1863, few light pre-use creasesVERY FINE APPEARANCE. THIS IS THE LARGEST RECORDED MULTIPLE OF THE IMPERFORATE 10-CENT CERTIFICATE FIRST ISSUE. ESPECIALLY DESIRABLE ON THE ORIGINAL DOCUMENT.

$1.00 Life Insurance, Bisect (R71c var.) Top right half, bright color, tied by neat manuscript "J.H.E." cancel on 22 x 8.75 in. document for the release of 36 boxes of tin from a warehouse, dated Dec. 16, 1869, document with tape reinforcing one file fold clear of stampEXTREMELY FINE. THIS IS THE ONLY REPORTED BISECT OF THE PERFORATED $1.00 LIFE INSURANCE ISSUE.

$2.00 Probate of Will, Imperforate (R83a). Large margins to clear, radiant color, April 20, 1864 manuscript cancel and affixed to warrantee deed from Hancock County OhioVERY FINE. A RARE EXAMPLE OF THE $2.00 PROBATE OF WILL IMPERFORATE FIRST ISSUE REVENUE USED ON A DOCUMENT.

Two horizontal pairs and two singles, large margins, brilliant color, each cancelled by July 16, 1864 manuscript cancel on part-printed Indenture from Pennsylvania, horizontal crease affects one single, minor splitting along folds, still Very Fine, ex Cunliffe, Scott Retail as off document $1,250.00

Vertical strip of three, large margins to just in, radiant color, used with seven $20.00 Conveyance (R98c) and 5c Inland Exchange (R27c), cancelled by "ADS Apl. 18/64" in manuscript on land deed from Amos D. Smith to the Providence Steam Mill for property valued at $210,000, typed transcript accompanies, document split along fold, stamps with few minor flaws to be expected, still Very Fine, unusual combination of the $20.00 Probate of Will imperforate and $20.00 Conveyance perforated on a document which is undertaxed by $10.00
$200.00 U.S.I.R., Perforated (R102c). Vertical pair and two singles, brilliant colors, cancelled by "Nov. 1, 1870, P. & O. R.R. Co., By P.J.A., Prest." manuscript cancels on $800,000 mortgage, top single faint crease at leftVERY FINE. A REMARKABLE AND COLORFUL DOCUMENT BEARING FOUR EXAMPLES OF THE PERFORATED $200.00 FIRST REVENUE ISSUE.
