Bright color, neat strike of green circular datestamp, small thin spot at center, Fine appearance, extremely rare with a green cancel, this is the first we have offered since keeping computerized records, with 1997 P.F. certificate, listed but unpriced in Scott with a green cancel, they assign a $350.00 premium for the 24c and a $750.00 premium for the 90c, it is probably unpriced because none have been offered on the market
