G. G. Green, 3c Black, USIR Watermark, Rouletted (RS93d). Faint horizontal crease and slight gum soaks in top margin, appears Very Fine
(Dr.) S. B. Hartman & Co., 6c Black, Silk Paper (RS100b). Sharp impression, small repaired hole at top, appears Fine, only 57 are recorded in the Aldrich census
E.T. Hazeltine, 1c Black, USIR Watermark (RS101d). Jumbo margins and choice centering, intense shade, Extremely Fine Gem, while not a high-catalogue value stamp this is a superb example
H.T. Helmbold, 6c Large Die Essays on Thin Card (RS109var-E). Group of four different colors, approximately 93 x 30mm, design only partly completed with background blank and most of design only shaded, some minor toning specks or spot on a couple, Very Fine group, the essay design was never used and is unlisted in Scott
A. L. Helmbold's, 2c Blue, Pink Paper (RS110c). Bright color, tiny sealed tear, Very Fine appearance
John F. Henry Co., New York, "Henry's Carbolic Salve". Two cards depicting Alphoso and Imogene and a story of his proposal and her rejection due to Alphonso's face eruptions, when a card is unfolded Alphoso's blighted face is replaced by his clean and clear face — thanks to Henry's Carbolic Salve!, backs with some slight toning, Very Fine, outstanding and amusing designs to accompany the John F. Henry RS112 stamps
John F. Henry, 2c Violet, Old Paper (RS112a). Bright color, thinning and crease, appears Fine, scare with only 34 recorded in Aldrich book, of which at least 25 (and probably more) are faulty
John F. Henry, 4c Bister, Old Paper (RS113a). Deep rich color, thins and small tears at right, otherwise Fine and attractive example of this scarce stamp, only 20 recorded in Aldrich book, we have never encountered a sound example and some have more prominent faults than this
J. E. Hetherington, 2c Black, USIR Watermark (RS120d). Well-centered, intense shade, Extremely Fine, only 36 are recorded in Aldrich book and this is one of the few finest we have encountered
Holloway's Pills, 1c Blue, Imperforate (RS125a). Small thin spots and stained at left, otherwise Fine, 43 are recorded in the Aldrich census and most have faults
The Home Bitters Co., 2c-4c, USIR Watermark and Silk Papers (RS128d, RS129b, RS130b). Bright colors, nice condition with RS129b showing a light vertical crease, Fine-Very Fine trio, first with 2022 P.F. certificate
S. D. Howe, 4c Red, Silk Paper (RS135b). Vibrant color, couple small faint creases near top, still Very Fine, only one sheet of this scarce stamp was ever printed and it was never used, 41 are recorded in the Aldrich census
S. D. Howe, 4c Green, Silk Paper (RS136b). Rich color, small thin spot, appears Very Fine, only 38 recorded in the Aldrich census, nearly all we have offered have faults
C. E. Hull & Co., 1c Black, Old Paper (RS138a). Centered to bottom, crease and thin spot, Fine appearance
James A. Jackson & Co., 4c Green, Silk Paper (RS143b). Rich color, few light vertical creases at left, still Fine, the Aldrich census contains 51 examples

Dr. Jas. C. Kerr, 6c Black, Old Paper (RS160a). Well-centered with intense shade and impression, couple tiny sealed edge tears and faint crease, appears Very Fine, only 31 recorded in the Aldrich book, we have sold only one that was sound, this is a particularly attractive example
Jacob Lippman & Bro., 4c Milky Blue, Old Paper (RS163a). Faults including multiple repairs, otherwise Fine and presentable example of this rare stamp, only 22 recorded in the Aldrich census, we have offered only one sound copy and we doubt more than a small handful exist in that condition
J. McCullough, 4c Black, Silk and USIR Watermarked Papers (RS169b, RS169d). First well-centered and Extremely Fine, second with frayed perfs at bottom, appears Fine
Dr. J. H. McLean, 1c Black, Experimental Silk Paper (RS170e). Two evident short blue silk fibers, tiny hole, otherwise Fine
Mansfield & Higbee, 1c Blue, Silk Paper, Block of Four, Imperforate Between (RS173bj). Multiple irregular perfs and small thin, appears Fine
S. Mansfield & Co., 1c Blue, Silk Paper, Block of Four, Imperforate Between (RS174bj). Rich color, couple short perfs and shallow thin, appears Very Fine
T. W. Marsden, 2c Black, Large Die Trial Color Proof on India (RS175TC1). Cut to tight margins around the design, Fine
T. W. Marsden, 4c Black, Old Paper (RS176a). Well-centered with narrow selvage at left, minute pinhole near top center is difficult to detect, Very Fine appearance, only 40 are recorded in the Aldrich census and approximately half are potentially sound
Merchant's Gargling Oil, Advertising Cards and Ephemera. Group including three beautiful multicolor cards, each a different design, covers including No. 26 on buff cover with Merchant's Gargling Oil Co. Lockport printed address, unused cover with advertising on back, cover with stamp cut out and enclosure headlined the company, last is a printed advertisement, Very Fine and a nice group to go with the Merchant's horse stamp
Mette & Kanne, 3c Black, USIR Watermark (RS180d). Attractive margins, thinned at right and light diagonal crease, appears Very Fine, only 55 are recorded in the Aldrich census
Moody, Michel & Co., 4c Black, Silk Paper (RS182b). Fresh and Fine, nice condition for this
Dr. M. Perl & Co., 6c Black, Large Die Proof on India (RS188P1). Cut to just outside the design, Very Fine and scarce
