Strip of three with neat manuscript July 21, 1863 cancels on reverse of bank check from Newark N.J. in the amount of $6,811.31, trivial corner crease mentioned for strict accuracy only, Very Fine and scarce multiple on document, according to the new rates of 1863 this should have been a 70c rate but was overpaid by 20c, Scott value $425 as pair and single without premium for use on document
