(one by P.F.), including No. 231 with four stamps including three Broken Frameline variety (graded 80, 85 and 90), the normal 2c graded 90, three No. 233 graded 70, 80 and 90, finally No. 236 graded 90, overall Extremely Fine group, total SMQ counting all as P.S.E. graded and treating the three Broken Frameline stamps as normal is $1,300.00

The $2.00 Columbian Issue is notorious for being one of the most difficult denominations to obtain with choice centering or with wide margins.
With 1997, 2012 P.F. and 2012 P.S.E. certificates (latter two OGph, XF-Superb 95 Jumbo; SMQ $5,500.00). Only three grade higher (two at 98, one at 100). For Mint N.H., only one grades higher than a 95. The example offered here, with Jumbo margins and grades from two expertizers, is truly remarkable.
