Printed notice from "Office of Third Assistant Postmaster General, Washington, D.C., June 11, 1898", with table at top listing each denomination, its design and color, states "The issue of these stamps began June 10th, and will cease December 31st, 1898", also details how postmasters can requisition the stamps, light file folds, Very Fine, a wonderful collateral item, the stamps were not actually issued until June 17, and this notice reflects the delay, ex "World's Fair"
